Shipping:

Standard, First-class shipping, via USPS, with Delivery Confirmation and handling fees are included in product prices. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS, for a flat $6.00 USD fee; the charge will be added to your order. International order shipping is $13.00. Orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Refunds & Exchanges:
All sales are final. No Refunds. Merchandise will be replaced only if:

  • the product is damaged in transit,
  • and we are notified within 7 days of the date of reception.

It is the responsibility of the customer to use the appropriate carrier and take the necessary protections when shipping back products. If the product is lost during the shipping of a defective product and Waterfront Productions does not receive it, no replacement will be granted.

Tax:
Any order that is placed online with CCNow carries no U.S. sales tax because CCNow is located in Delaware, which has no sales tax. If you purchase by mail and reside in the state of Illinois, then you must pay the Illinois (Cook County) Sales tax of 1.25%.
