Shipping:
U.S.
Standard, First-class shipping, via USPS, with Delivery Confirmation and handling fees are included in product prices. Customers may choose Second-Day USPS service at an additional cost of $15.00; the charge will be added to your order. We ensure that delivery is made within 1 to 2 weeks after purchase date for orders. Shipments will be made to Post Office Boxes, if requested.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped via USPS, for a flat $8.00 USD fee; the charge will be added to your order. Orders are shipped within 48 hours. We make every effort to ensure that delivery is made within 2 to 3 weeks after purchase date for orders.

Refunds & Exchanges:
All sales are final. No Refunds. Merchandise will be replaced only if:

  • the product is damaged in transit,
  • and we are notified within 7 days of the date of reception.

It is the responsibility of the customer to use the appropriate carrier and take the necessary protections when shipping back products. If the product is lost during the shipping of a defective product and Waterfront Productions does not receive it, no replacement will be granted.
